About the Owner

 

Hi! I am Coach Crissy! 

Fitness and health have always been a part of my life. Before I jumped into fitness as a career, I was a teacher for 5 years, and working out was a huge part of maintaining my focus. I grew up as an athlete. I played basketball, ran track, cheerleading, and tennis. I loved it all and I did it all to stay in shape.

As an adult, I started training my friends for fun and I loved it. I used techniques that I learned from weight lifting class in high school. Now, having completed NASM personal training course, I now use the knowledge and skills that I learned through a highly accredited training program. 

I hope to reach moms who had their bodies changed by child birth. I want you to know that, you can fix it. I train with the methods that will transform your body and give you back the body of your dreams. Do’t lose hope. I fixed my torn abdominal muscles and built muscle tone that I never thought I could gain.

In the summer of 2021, I started out hosting summer outdoor weight loss boot camps and I trained men and women of all walks, as a coach. I also have a social media platform that I use to share workout and nutrition ideas to help people who either may not have access to a personal trainer or are unsure of what to do in the gym. 

I find fulfillment in being able to be a part of a person’s health and fitness journey. Being able to help people who otherwise wouldn’t know what to do is a huge accomplishment for me. I wake up every day, loving what I do. 

My fitness journey took a more serious turn in 2021. Covid pushed us all to stay inside and develop new passions. I gained about 20 lbs in 2020 and started 2021 with a goal to lose weight and gain muscles. I changed my diet and worked out 6 days a week. I lost weight. In 2022, I weigh 152. Which is 29 lbs less than 2020. I reached a weight loss of 38 lbs by the end of 2022.

I took the knowledge that I learned and the nutritional plan that I used and placed it all into this business. I now train using what I know works. There’s no better method!
